Auction Watch Scam Report

Auction Watch Scam know what you are getting into.

One thing is to participate in an auction for a penny auction site and I know he can not win and that money could be lost, users can know that we are on legitimate sites that are robots, and no, but its easy to say? We sincerely believe that fraudsters can create auction sites to steal the crown of consumers easier than if I wanted to rob a bank, why is it allowed? We must not, and violators should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

It must be legal to create an auction site often, but it should be regulated and must be a way to prove that you are bidding to reality and what we sell are real and property will be sent

There are many good sites that have given millions of dollars and time-running auction site often this summer, I found Publisac Oohilove swoop and all sites that allow users to apply in advance, and offers all users have received object. BidCactus went so far as is Ernst Young, there are sites out there that people want to offer, but the problem is that many of the fraudulent sites are often given the reputation of the entire auction. We must do something to stop websites that are not legally businesses operating online auctions in the form of penny. The monitoring is necessary.

How you can help is to do your research before you buy offer, read the terms carefully review the information about who is running the place. When it is difficult to understand, some locations outside the United States. They should not hide behind private domain registry and offshore companies.

Over the course of the last 19 months we’ve found many penny auction sites that have done the following dishonest and/or fraudulent acts:

Shill bid (bid against their paying bidders, either with software to do this, or manually).
Failed to ship items out, some have even relished in this. A violation of the Consumer Protection Act.
Denied refunds after stealing users’ money – PayPal doesn’t always protect us.
Disappeared and didn’t respond to customers.
Blackmail: Threatened their members, and even said the winners would not receive their items unless they posted a positive comment to our forum.
Used marketing call-to-action language such as register within the next X minutes to reserve a spot.
Charged membership & re-curring membership fees.
Advertised deceptively by way of advertorials made to look like consumer news report sites.
Set up shill penny auction “review” sites, i.e. Penny Auction Investigator among many others.
Posted shill reviews (fake reviews made by the owner/staff or affiliates) to our forum and in blog comments as well as in other places.
Sent me threats and defamed Penny Auction Watch℠ with libel all over the Internet in an attempt to discredit this site because their shady site(s) have been pointed out.

There are many good auction sites and just like most businesses there are good ones and bad ones. You can always look for the BBB symbol are check with the Better Business Bureau - BBB for more information.

Affiliates also need to pay close attention to the CPA they are using. Well known CPA like Commission Junction, Share a Sale and other responsible CPAs screen their applicants.
